Teresa M. Treiger, MA, RN, CCM, is President, Ascent Care Management. Teri worked across the health care continuum for more than 30 years. She has published on case management, technology, professionalism, and transition of care. She serves as Immediate Past Chair on the Commission for Case Manager Certification (2023–2024) and is a past National President of the Case Management Society of America (2009–2010). Her current work encompasses professional education and consulting. She lives in New England with her husband, Dave, and their fur-child, Gert.
