Michael Garrett, MS, CCM, is an independent health equity and clinical management consultant. He has more than 40 years of case/care management experience with a range of public and private sector benefit programs. He has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and religious studies from Gonzaga University and a Master of Science in clinical psychology from the University of Idaho. He is board certified in case management and vocational evaluation.
