Orbital Tuberculosis (OTB) is rare with five forms in descending frequency: periostitis, OTB with bone involvement, tuberculoma/ cold abscess without bony involvement, spread from paranasal sinus, and dacryoadenitis [1, 2]. Cold abscesses can mimic dermoid cysts, or lymphangiomas. requiring a high index of suspicion for accurate diagnosis [3].
