A patient in their 60s, with a background of asthma and seizures from alcohol withdrawal was brought in via ambulance to the emergency department. The patient was in a comatose state, the Glasgow Coma Scale Score was 8 (E2, V2, M4), with no localising neurological findings. The patient had last been seen well the previous day.
