This issue of Homeopathy marks a full five publication years with Georg Thieme Verlag KG. The transfer of the journal's production from Elsevier in December 2017 was the start of what has been a highly successful period of collaboration between the Faculty of Homeopathy (the journal's owners) and Thieme Publishers. Initially as Senior Deputy Editor, and now as Editor, I personally have enjoyed a greatly rewarding and happy working relationship with exceptional and dedicated colleagues at Thieme: Graham Brumfield, Senior Executive Editor; Jessica Bogensberger, Executive Editor; Aakanksha Bhatnagar, Associate Editor; and, in Production over the years, Project Managers Manpreet Kaur, Ananya Das and Swaraj Boruah. Our fifth year with Thieme sees the journal's Impact Factor attain its highest-ever value (1.818), a tribute to the high quality of our authors' original work, our rigorous peer-review process, and the professional presentation of the journal online and in print.

This issue's variety of articles includes reports at the levels of a national health service, multi- or single-centered clinical trial, in vitro laboratory investigation, and individual clinical case – every one of them from either Brazil or India. The impact of national strategic guidelines on developing public homeopathy services in Brazil is the subject of work reported from São Paulo.[1] Randomized trials from Kolkata[2] and Bhopal,[3] on acne and COVID-19 respectively, and a parallel cluster cohort study from COVID-19 containment areas of Delhi,[4] feature as our clinical research in this issue. The findings from three in vitro studies are intriguing, for each of them indicates a homeopathic medicine's potential benefits that ensued from the inhibition of a harmful underlying biological process: limiting the development of blow-fly larvae that causes myiasis in sheep;[5] retarding the growth or migration of breast cancer cells.[6] [7] The clinical report published in this issue is a rare presentation of male infertility, managed effectively with individualized homeopathy.[8]
