Comparative genomics reveals the organic acid biosynthesis metabolic pathways among five lactic acid bacterial species isolated from fermented vegetables

The Whole Genome Shotgun project of the five LAB species has been deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under the accession numbers- JAIYEU000000000, JAIYET000000000, JAIYES000000000, JAIYER000000000, and JAIYEQ000000000 for L. plantarum PC1-1, L. buchneri PC-C1, P. pentosaceus PC2-1(F2), W. hellenica PC1A, and Enterococcus sp. YC2-6, respectively.
