older adults individuals with chronic diseases need protection from a range of diseases, particularly chronic diseases, to support their daily activities as they age. Sharing data on chronic diseases can be incredibly helpful. Data sharing lowers the chance of errors while improving clinical decision-making and problem-solving. It can lead to innovation and advancement in science while promoting transparency and reducing the need to reinvent the wheel. This study was undertaken to investigate the barriers that hinder the sharing of research data related to the prevention of chronic diseases among older adults in low-and middle-income countries.
