Ethics approval and consent to participate
The study was approved by the Research Ethics Board of the IWK Health Center (Approval 1026862). As the study was retrospective in nature and the clinical data were analyzed anonymously, no extra cost was incurred for the patients. Therefore, the Research Ethics Board of the IWK Health Center waived the need for informed consent.
