THE POWER OF VIRTUAL CONNECTIONS: A RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL OF ONLINE POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY TRAINING ON EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF NURSING STUDENTS

This innovative study explores the potential of developing effective communication skills among nursing students through a Positive Psychotherapy (PPT) based online educational program. Within the scope of the research, the "Positive Psychotherapy- Based Key Model of Courtesy and Integrity (KMCI)” education program has been developed to ensure the balance of integrity and courtesy. One of the study's main objectives is to determine and balance the level of development of courtesy and integrity skills among nursing students, thus preventing key conflicts that may arise in real and virtual environments. This approach aims to reduce conflicts in the daily and professional communications of nursing students and enable them to resolve conflicts professionally, thereby aiming to improve the quality of patient care.
