Stefani Daniels, MSNA, RN, CMAC, ACM, spent her career in the executive suite of hospitals in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida until, in 1994, when she founded Phoenix Medical Management, Inc., a national consultancy specializing in hospital case management and utilization review activities. Ms. Daniels is a member of Lippincott's Professional Case Management editorial board and coauthor of several popular texts, most recently The Hospital Guide to Contemporary Case Management.
