Dr Angelica Petrillo is a consultant in Medical Oncology at the Medical Oncology Unit of Ospedale del Mare in Naples (Italy). She is specialized in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and she is in charge of the Gastric cancer multidisciplinary team. Dr. Petrillo is the principal investigator and sub-investigator in several phase II and III national and international clinical trials in the field of gastrointestinal cancers, presenter at national and international congresses and author in various national and international publications and abstracts. She is a member of various medical associations, such as ESMO, AIOM, EORTC GI group, ASCO, Women4Oncology and part of the ESMO upper GI faculty. Additionally, she is the representative for AIOM young oncologists in her region and administrator of the international ONCOLLEGE community.
