About the opportunity

Dalhousie is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-stream Dentist at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The position is within Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. It will require preclinical and didactic teaching. The position will also involve some clinical teaching responsibilities and one day per week may be set aside for clinical private practice. Additional expectations include participation in research, continuing education and extracurricular involvement, including Faculty committees.

Candidates must have successfully completed their National Dental Examining Board of Canada examinations and be eligible for licensure by the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia. Development of a program of research is required. Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience, and achievements.
