'All clinically active members of the oral healthcare team require appropriate legal and indemnity cover to allow them to practise dentistry and oral healthcare, in the UK. In this complex world of legal contracting and jargon, it is easy to get confused about what level of cover is required at an individual level and which provider to use. In this month's BDJ Perspectives, there are commentaries on some of such pitfalls to be aware about and how the different indemnity providers offer different types of cover that are suitable for the oral healthcare team.'
