The evolving evidence shows that simple markers such as having FIB-4 scores > 3.25 or a general evaluation score > 6 points have an HCC incidence of > 3 % per year, well above the accepted minimum threshold [2], [3].

It is fair that the future recommendations will offer such a group of patients more frequent surveillance plans
