It gives me utmost pleasure to welcome you all to the 54th Annual Conference of the Society of Nuclear Medicine India, being held at AIIMS, New Delhi. It is an exciting time for all of us in Nuclear Medicine as we accept the excitement and challenge that theranostics has brought about worldwide. India is a leading country as far as theranostics and its practice is concerned, contributing significantly to recent literature on this subject.
We endeavor to bring inspired people together on an excellent platform for scientific discussions as well as enjoyment as a community together. We should all be proud of where we are today and I would like to thank each of you for attending SNMICON 2022 and bringing your expertise to this awesome gathering. The Scientific programme covers a wide spectrum of topics along with orations, and lectures, that would provide a right mix to enlighten you all with the latest development in Nuclear Medicine. You, as practioners and researchers, have the vision, the knowledge, the resources and the experience to help us pave our way into the future. We have 170 papers submitted for presentation in oral and poster sessions. Throughout this conference, I request you to stay engaged, keep us proactive and help us bringing out the best in each of you. My personal admiration and gratitude goes out to all of you and I sincerely thank the SNM for giving us this opportunity.
The Organising Committee is working really hard to make this conference a huge success. We hope that you will carry home sweet memories of this Conference and Team SNMICON 2022 is eagerly waiting your arrival and wish you a successful, enjoyable & memorable Conference.
