The Hokudai All 2.0 Project is a project to create and operate a platform for Hokkaido University students who seek opportunities for international exchange and to improve their English, and for international students who are interested in Hokkaido University and Japan. Comedians Golden Rules (ゴールデンルールズ) will be on the opening day (December 2, 2022).
