In the article, “Assessment of a 2D electronic portal imaging devices-based dosimetry algorithm for pretreatment and in-vivo midplane dose verification”, published as elocation ID 171, in vol. 5 of Advanced Biomedical Research,[1] the article title is incorrectly written as “Assessment of a 2D electronic portal imaging devices-based dosimetry algorithm for pretreatment and in-vivo midplane dose verification”. The title of the article should read correctly as: Assessment of a 2D EPID-based dosimetry algorithm for pretreatment and in-vivo midplane dose verification.

The article title in the “How to cite this article” section is incorrectly written. The “How to cite this article” section should read correctly as: Jomehzadeh A, Shokrani P, Mohammadi M, Amouheidari A, Mans A, Mijnheer B. Assessment of a 2D EPID-based dosimetry algorithm for pretreatment and in-vivo midplane dose verification. Adv Biomed Res 2016;5:171.

The names of two authors and their affiliations are missing. The missing author names are “Anton Mans” and “Ben Mijnheer” and their affiliation is “Department of Radiation Oncology, The Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam, The Netherlands”.

The affiliations of the authors “Ali Jomehzadeh”, “Mohammad Mohammadi” and “Alireza Amouheidari” are written incorrectly.
