Deafblind lawyer and disability activist Haben Girma advocates for businesses to hire more people with disabilities because, she argues, people with disabilities constantly have to innovate. During an interview with Market-place Tech, she suggests that if workplaces, especially tech companies, “were more diverse, and had disabled engineers and designers working there, our products would be so much better”.
