Ethical Approval and Consent Participate

This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Institutional Ethical Committee of ICMR-National Institute of Immunohaematology, Mumbai. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were as per the ethical standards of the institutional review board of the Institute and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Consent for Publication

We obtained written informed consent to identify images or other personal or clinical details from the participant. In the case of a minor, we obtained written informed consent for publications identifying pictures or additional clinical information from the parents or legal guardians.
