Case of Haemophilus influenzae urethritis in a male patient

Non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) is a common presentation to sexual health clinics and in a significant proportion of cases, no pathogen is detected following routine investigations.1 Haemophilus influenzae has been identified as an occasional cause of male urethritis. We report a case of H. influenzae urethritis and describe a relatively novel treatment approach.
