Fibrillary glomerulonephritis (FGN) is a rare non-amyloid deposit disease considered to exclusively involve the kidneys.1 However, there was one case where fibrillar material was found in the liver at autopsy, with no clinical repercussions.2 This raises the possibility that FGN may lead to advanced liver disease.
