The axial length and spherical equivalent of patients should always be assessed when studying the retina layers.

The control group should include patients with CSC not undergoing PSD treatment to obtain statistically valid results.

ChT evaluation should be performed on images in the micron scale and with a line perpendicular to the RPE-Bruch complex.

Standardized measurements are needed to obtain reliable data, therefore the aim of this letter is to clarify some points.
