Orbital pseudocellulitis following systemic chemotherapy in a case of congenital retinoblastoma

The clinical presentation of retinoblastoma (RB) is highly variable depending on the stage and location of the tumor. Although leukocoria and strabismus are the most common clinical findings, rare findings such as pseudohypopyon, neovascular glaucoma, and orbital pseudocellulitis can also be seen [1]. Orbital pseudocellulitis is an uncommon manifestation of RB.

In this case report, we describe a case of congenital bilateral RB in which right orbital pseudocellulitis developed after the first cycle of systemic chemotherapy.
