Ethical Approval

This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai on June 18, 2020. The study was registered with clinical trial registry of India (CTRI/2020/06/026039).

Consent to Participate

Patients were enrolled after obtaining a written informed consent. For patients aged 15–17 years assent and guardian consent were taken.
