A 27-year-old woman was found with an abnormal shadow in the right lung on a chest radiograph during her initial clinical evaluation examination. The clinical symptoms were not specific and routine laboratory tests were within normal range. The patient denied smoking, tuberculosis or dust exposure. She also had no family history of malignancy. Contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography (CT) revealed a lobulated, heterogeneous, enhancing mass of approximately 4cm × 2.3cm × 2cm in the upper lobe
