The Deanship of Academic Development at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, in cooperation with the University of Turku in Finland, held a conference on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

An international lecture entitled Challenges and Best Practices in Learning: Five Steps in Successful Learning Design, attended by 255 trainees from various specializations from inside and outside the university. Presented by Dr. Satu Hakanormi, Director of Educational Support Services Development at Turku University, Finland, the lecture addressed challenges in teaching and learning and best practices through five steps to enable successful teaching and learning. This confirms the work of the Deanship of Academic Development in spreading the culture of development and learning in both the university and the local community, and that cooperation with international experts from leading universities reflects facilitating opportunities for continuous professional development and providing best practices to the university and the academic community.
