Laparoscopic uterine preservation and vaginal reconstruction in a 13-year-old girl with uterus didelphys, bilateral vesicovaginal fistulas and transverse vaginal septum

Vesicovaginal fistula is a malformation of the female genital tract that consists of abnormal communication between the vaginal and the bladder epithelium. Hence, it is an infrequent cause of urinary incontinence and/or menouria1. The presented case is an example of a rare urogenital malformation comprising uterus didelphys, bilateral vesicovaginal fistulas, and transverse vaginal septum, successfully resolved laparoscopically.
