In the above article which published in the October 1991 issue of PAIN, the authors wish to correct a mistake in Table 1. In the publication, Table 1 indicates that the measurement for Blood Urea Nitrogen is reported in µg/dL and the measurement for Serum Creatinine is reported in µg/mL. The units for both measurements is supposed to be mg/dL. The table appended below has been corrected.
