The role of self-efficacy and psychological resilience on the relationship between perfectionism and learning motivation among undergraduate nursing students: A cross-sectional descriptive study

As society develops, people's requirements for medical care and nursing are continually increasing, and major medical institutions urgently need senior nursing talent. As a complementary force to future nursing teams, undergraduate nursing students are responsible for completing the major mission of maintaining human health. On the one hand, they must continue learning to improve their comprehensive quality to cope with increasingly high social development needs (Takase & Yoshida, 2021). On the other hand, they must complete difficult academic tasks (Wang et al., 2019). Thus, they are required to exhibit strong learning motivation.
