Typically developing infants were part of the University of North Carolina (UNC) Early Brain Development Study, characterizing early childhood brain and behavior development. To protect study participants’ privacy, raw BOLD fMRI, meta, and behavioral data will not be shared. Processed data and code presented used for this manuscript is available on GitHub (https://github.com/sjfen/Sex_differences_rsfMRI_in_infancy.git). RsfMRI data from 100 healthy adults (21–35 years old) were downloaded from the publicly available Human Connectome Project (HCP, www.humanconnectomeproject.org).
