The Editor and Publisher of Cancer Management and Research wish to retract the published article. Concerns were raised regarding the alleged duplication of flow cytometry images in Figure 3. Specifically,

The image for Figure 3A, Ctrl, appears to have regions of unexpected duplication with the image for Figure 3A, 2 Gy. The image for Figure 3A, 5 Gy, appears to have regions of unexpected duplication with the image for Figure 3A, Osthole.

The authors agreed with the concerns that had been raised and provided data related to the study, however it was unable to verify the validity of the published work. Therefore, the decision was made to retract the article and the authors were notified of this.

We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
