Lid margin mucous membrane grafting (MMG) is performed for eyes with lid wiper keratopathy secondary to lid margin keratinization (LMK) observed in Stevens-Johnson syndrome patients (SJS) [[1], [2], [3]]. Post lid margin MMG reported outcomes comment upon correction of keratinization and changes in visual acuity [2]. The management and occurrence of trichiasis or entropion post lid margin MMG is rarely reported, and few misdirected eyelashes in these patients with the severe dry ocular surface
