Ethical approval

This concerns a retrospective data-analysis. Participants were not subjected to any procedures for the study nor were required to follow rules of behaviour. The study, therefore, does not fall under the ‘Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act’ (WMO). As a result, it was not necessary to have it reviewed by an accredited ethical review committee. The study was performed in accordance with the GDPR and the Board of Directors of Treant gave permission to perform this study.
