Feasibility and effectiveness of time-restricted eating in different populations

Time-restricted eating (TRE) has a range of benefits for cardiometabolic health. However, the feasibility of TRE in many populations is unknown, as is how TRE interacts with other interventions. Two studies aimed to address this issue, assessing the use of TRE in shift workers and in combination with high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
