In Sect. 5.3, there are two occurrences where our submitted version included the text:

‘EBV positive (versus negative)’

In the published version, both occurrences, which previously read:

‘EBV-positive (vs EBS-negative)’

Should read:

‘EBV-positive (vs EBV-negative)’

The original article has been corrected.
