New report: Teens ‘forgotten’ in fight against obesity

Disjointed, piecemeal and underfunded – that is how new research describes our approach towards teenagers when it comes to obesity prevention. Adolescence is a crucial stage for developing healthy behaviours, but leading academics say young people have been ‘forgotten’ in our health system, with limited guidance available for this age group.
