In two articles in this issue of the Journal, the members of the GRADE Study Research Group1,2 report the findings of the Glycemia Reduction Approaches in Type 2 Diabetes: A Comparative Effectiveness (GRADE) Study, which involved participants who had type 2 diabetes without established cardiovascular complications.
