Genomic insights into a free-living, nitrogen-fixing but non nodulating novel species of Bradyrhizobium sediminis from freshwater sediment: three isolates with the smallest genome within the genus Bradyrhizobium

The GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ accession numbers for the gene sequences of strains S2-20-1T, S2-11-2 and S2-11-4 are, respectively, as follows: MZ315000, MZ315002 and MZ315003 (16S rRNA); MZ468004-MZ468006 (ITS); MZ496274-MZ496276 (dtpD); MZ496277-MZ496279 (dnaK); MZ496280-MZ496282 (glnII); MZ496283-MZ496285 (recA); MZ496286-MZ496288 (rpoB). The whole genome sequence of strains S2-20-1T, S2-11-2T and S2-11-4T were deposited in GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ under the accession numbers CP076134, CP076135 and CP076136, respectively. All strains were deposited in the Japan Collection of Microorganisms with the assigned numbers of JCM 34605 (S2-20-1T), JCM 34602 (S2-11-2) and JCM 34603 (S2-11-4), China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with the numbers of CGMCC 1.19434 (S2-20-1T), CGMCC 1.19432 (S2-11-2) and CGMCC 1.19433 (S2-11-4), respectively. The strains S2-20-1T, S2-11-2 and S2-11-4 were isolated from a freshwater sediment sample of the Huai River, China.
