This study was conducted based on the Helsinki Declaration and study protocol, consent forms and participant information material were reviewed and approved by University of Ibadan/University Collage Hospital Ethics Committee (UI/EC/18/0635). Ugandan National Council for Science and Technology approved the research and assigned a reference number (UNCST: SS 4921)
