AbstractWe report a case with leukoplakia of the tongue as a manifestation of chronic graft versus host disease after allogeneic stem cell transplantation for acute promyelocytic leukemia treated with Clostridium butyricum tablets. His leukoplakia subsequently disappeared and his regulatory T cells increased after three months.
