Justine Bold has worked as a Senior Lecturer /Course Leader at the University of Worcester in the UK on a Nutrition Postgraduate Master’s degree course for over thirteen years. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE) in the UK. She is also now also Programme Director for Continuing Professional Development in the Medical School at Cardiff University. Justine has a long-standing interest in multidisciplinary practice and interdisciplinary approaches considering nutritional status of patients. She has a research interest in gastro-intestinal diseases such as coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity and irritable bowel syndrome. She has published extensively in these areas and published both research articles and academic textbooks and book chapters on a range of other health problems including mental health and women’s health. She has a background in nutrition clinical practice and is working towards PhD by publication.
