Zusammenfassung

Verletzungen der Pleura bei laparoskopischen Eingriffen sind eine bekannte, jedoch seltene Komplikation. Bei unerwartet auftretenden hämodynamischen und pulmonalen Problemen während der Anästhesie muss differenzialdiagnos­tisch an einen Pneumothorax gedacht werden. Die sonographische Verifikation eines Pneumothorax sichert die Dia­gnose und das weitere Vorgehen. Rasche Diagnostik und Therapie sind essenziell und bedürfen der klaren Kommunikation zwischen dem anästhesiologischen und chirurgischen Team.

Summary

Injuries to the pleura during laparoscopic surgery are a known but rare compli­cation. In the event of unexpected haemodynamic and pulmonary problems during anaesthesia, a pneumothorax must be considered in the differential diagnosis. The sonographic verification of a pneumothorax secures the diagnosis and the further procedure. Rapid dia­gnosis and therapy are essential and require clear communication between the anaesthesiological and surgical team.
