Reductions in experiential avoidance explain changes in anxiety, depression and well‐being after a mindfulness and self‐compassion (MSC) training

The data reported in this manuscript have not been previously published and were not collected as part of a larger data collection. There are no studies, in press or under review, that come from the same dataset as the one in the submitted manuscript. Data are not shared due to ethical reasons: participants were informed that data would be only available for the research team and would not be transferred to third parties.
