The relationship between practice environment, job satisfaction and intention to leave in critical care nurses

The data generated and analysed for the published study are not publicly available due to restrictions related to sponsor agreement and ethical guidelines but are available from the corresponding author as outlined. Requests are via a standard proforma describing the nature of the proposed research and extent of data requirements. Data recipients are required to enter a formal data sharing agreement with Sponsoring institution, which describes the conditions for release and requirements for data transfer, storage, archiving, publication and intellectual property. Requests are reviewed by the study investigative team in terms of scientific merit and ethical considerations, including patients' consent. Data sharing is undertaken if proposed projects have a sound scientific or patients' benefit rationale. Restrictions relating to sharing of individual participant data to preserve patients' confidentiality and consent will be managed by aggregating and/or anonymizing identifiable patients' data. Additionally, all indirect identifiers that could lead to deductive disclosures will be removed in line with ethics committee and study Sponsor's data sharing guidelines.
