Impact of climate factors, especially temperature and relative humidity on mood fluctuations in bipolar spectrum disorder

Climate change is known to affect human health and well-being, including our mental health.1 In patients suffering from bipolar disorder, seasonal changes are an important environmental trigger for mood switches, and any change in climatic conditions may trigger episodes.2, 3 Here, we reported a case of bipolar spectrum disorder, wherein mood fluctuation was associated with climate factors, especially temperature and relative humidity.
