In Reply We thank Lipsker for his feedback about our article that proposes harmonized morphological definitions for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) assessment.1 We congratulate our colleagues for their first clinical definition for tunnels. Given the clinical and pathophysiological importance of these structures,2 the consistent and accurate assessment of tunnels in current and future studies is vital.
