Usefulness of Gadolinium‐enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Detecting Exact Site of Cervical Facet Joint Pain

A 66-year-old man visited the pain clinic of our university hospital with right lower neck pain (VAS 8) (Figure 1A) that started 10 days prior and was aggravated with neck rotation and extension. He had no specific history of cervical spine disorders other than occasional mild neck pain (VAS 1–2) for about 10 years. Physical examination revealed stable vital signs and paraspinal tenderness in the right lower neck area.
