A 16-day-old girl who had not returned to her birth weight was brought to the emergency department with lethargy. She was found to have marked hepatomegaly, and ultrasonography showed numerous rounded hypoechoic lesions in the liver. A diagnosis of infantile hepatic hemangiomas was made.
